Privacy Policy

• Account data — name, email address, company name, and billing details provided at sign-up.
• Call data — recordings, transcripts, and metadata from calls made by Sam on your behalf.
• Lead data — contact information and interaction history you upload or sync from your CRM.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and performance metrics collected automatically.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and cookies.

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• To train and improve Sam's AI models, using anonymised and aggregated data only.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, call summaries, alerts).
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data or use it to serve third-party advertising.

The Service integrates with the following sub-processors:

• LiveKit — real-time voice infrastructure
• ElevenLabs — AI voice synthesis
• Twilio — telephony and call routing
• HubSpot / Salesforce / Calendly / Cal.com — CRM and scheduling integrations (only when authorised by you)
• Stripe — payment processing

Each sub-processor is bound by a data processing agreement and handles data only as instructed by us.

Sam records calls it makes on your behalf. These recordings are stored securely and accessible only to your account. You are responsible for ensuring that call recording complies with the laws applicable in the jurisdictions where your leads are located (e.g. two-party consent states in the US).

Recordings are retained for 90 days by default. Enterprise customers may configure custom retention periods.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is purged within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS in transit. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel only. We conduct regular security reviews and penetration tests.

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format).

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management, and analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can disable analytics cookies via your browser settings or our cookie banner.

The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
