Email hargobind@dael.ai with your account email and a short description of the problem. For a call that went wrong, include the date, time and the number that was called.

The Dael plugin lets you create AI voice agents, add leads, start calling campaigns and review calls and booked meetings from a ChatGPT conversation.

• Connecting: when ChatGPT asks, sign in to Dael (or create an account), choose the workspace and select Allow.
• Calls need your confirmation: ChatGPT always asks you to confirm before Dael starts a campaign or calls a lead.
• Phone numbers: real calls need a phone number connected in the Dael web app. Until then you can test your agent in the browser with the link the plugin returns.
• Disconnecting: remove Dael from your ChatGPT plugin settings. To also revoke its access on our side, email us.
