How the Dael AI front desk works: You run the business. Your front desk runs the phone.

It starts with one 15 minute call. We build your front desk from your website and Google profile, then test it on 20 calls. You approve it by listening, and you go live within hours.

On a job · Phone ringing

Your team answers first. Dael picks up the rest.

The method

The Zero-Miss Protocol

Five steps, with memory under every one. This is what happens to every call and every new lead.

1 · Answer

Every call your team misses, day and night

2 · Respond

Every new lead called back in under 60 seconds

3 · Book

The job lands on your calendar. You get a text.

4 · Revive

Not booked yet? Open estimates and no-shows get chased until a yes or a no.

Loops back to Book

5 · ReportEvery recording, a text per booking, a Monday report.

MemoryUnder every step. Repeat callers are greeted with their history.

The Zero-Miss Protocol: Answer and Respond feed Book. Anything not booked goes to Revive until the caller says yes or no. Report and Memory run under every step.
  1. 01

    Answer

Picks up every call your team misses, day and night.

  2. 02

    Respond

Calls every new lead back in under 60 seconds, while they still care.

  3. 03

    Book

Puts the job on your calendar and texts you the details.

  4. 04

    Revive

Chases open estimates and no-shows until the customer says yes or no.

  5. 05

    Report

Every recording, every booking, and a Monday report you can read in a minute.

Memory runs under every step. A repeat caller is greeted with their history, so nobody gives their address twice.

Onboarding

The first 60 days, day by day

Your part is a 15 minute kickoff, a few yes or no approvals and two short reviews. Here is everything that happens.

  1. Hour 0

    One 15 minute call

    The kickoff call

We agree on what Dael does and what it never does (like quoting job prices or giving technical advice), the guarantee conditions and the 2 month minimum, and you give us your services, prices, calendar and emergency rules. If anything we promised can't be delivered, we fix the scope or refund you in full before we build anything.

  2. The next few hours

    The build

We build it and test it

You get back to work. We do the rest.

    • Your business facts, pulled from your Google profile, website and price list: service area ZIPs, hours and holidays.
    • A script pack written the way your best CSR talks.
    • Your calendar or field service software connected, with booking rules for job types, durations and buffers.
    • A local number, plus call forwarding that only kicks in when nobody picks up, the line is busy or it's after hours. We set it up with you on the kickoff call.
    • Emergency rules, and a tested live transfer to your on-call tech.
    • 20 test calls: emergency, price shopper, existing customer, angry caller, wrong number and spam.
    • You hear 5 recordings and say yes, or tell us what to change.
  3. Same day

    You are live

    Live in overflow mode

Calls your team can't answer start forwarding to Dael. Your team still answers first. Every booking comes with a text to you and a recording you can listen to.

  4. Weeks one and two

    After go-live

    Every call reviewed

We review every call against the scorecard below and fix what we find, so your agent keeps getting better while it works for you.

  5. Day 14 and day 45 after go-live

    Two review calls

    Where the team grows

A short call to go through the numbers and listen to real calls together. This is where follow up agents get added, like the estimate chaser, once the front desk has earned your trust. Both calls are part of the guarantee conditions.

  6. 60 days live

    Guarantee check

    We count the jobs

For HVAC and plumbing shops, 60 days after go-live, we count recovered jobs against the guarantee: 10 in 60 days, or your first two months back, and we keep working free until you get them.

Read the guarantee and its six conditions

Quality

Every call, scored

For your first two weeks live, we review every call against this scorecard. Then we keep tuning from your real recordings.

  • 01Picked up within 2 rings.
  • 02Said it's an AI assistant and announced that the call is recorded.
  • 03Triage right: emergency or routine.
  • 04Booking correct: the right slot, the right job type, and a confirmation sent.
  • 05Escalated when it should have.
  • 06Would the owner be proud of this call? Yes or no.

Overflow mode

Overflow first. More when you're ready.

You decide how much of the phone Dael takes, and you start with the part that costs you nothing to try.

Same day

Overflow mode

You keep your number and your team. Your team answers first, and only unanswered, busy and after hours calls forward to Dael. Every booking it makes is provably recovered revenue, because it came from a call your team didn't get to.

When you're ready

More of the phone, on your terms

Once you trust it, you can send Dael more, like the whole lunch hour or every Saturday. We set it up with you. The guarantee always counts the calls your team didn't answer.

Your agent never gets more responsibility than you approved.

What you never do

  • Write scripts

We write them from your website, your Google profile and how your best CSR talks. You approve by listening.

  • Learn a new app

Bookings land in the calendar or field service software you already use, and a text tells you about each one.

  • Babysit software

You never touch the settings. We tune your agent from real calls, every week.

  • Sign a 12 month contract

It's a 2 month minimum, which is the guarantee window. Then month to month.

Safety rails

  • Says it's an AI assistant early on every call, and never pretends to be a person.
  • Announces that the call is recorded, in every state.
  • Gas smell, carbon monoxide or water near electrics: it tells the caller to get out and call 911, then alerts your on-call tech. It never troubleshoots.
  • Only quotes prices you approve, like your service call fee.
  • Only calls leads who asked to be contacted, and stops the moment someone says stop.
  • Never takes card numbers by voice.

Support

One person to call.

After go live you deal with one client success contact, never the engineer. They take your feedback, get it fixed and tell you when it's done. Your part is a few minutes of feedback. We do the rest.

  • 15 min

    The kickoff call

Then quick yes or no approvals and two short review calls. We do the rest.

  • One

    Client success contact

One person owns your account, takes your feedback and gets it fixed.

Hear your front desk before you decide.

Call the agent live in 30 seconds, no signup. Or book a 15 minute setup call and we'll look at your phones together.
