Example call answered by Dael. Injured driver · Car accident. Dael: Harbor Law Group, this is the AI assistant. This call is recorded. I can't give legal advice, but I can book you with an attorney. How can I help? Caller: I was hit by another car tonight. I'm in the ER waiting room. Dael: I'm sorry to hear that. Are you safe right now? Before Dael

Tuesday, 11:04pm

An injured driver calls your firm from the ER waiting room. Voicemail. They call the firm on the billboard. That firm has a 24/7 intake line.

You never know the call happened. No message, no name, no case.

Dael turns every call and web inquiry into a screened, booked consultation.

Your front desk team

Four agents. One team.

Each agent does one job well, and they hand work to each other. You approve every script before it goes live.

Answers every call, day or night. Gathers the facts and the other parties' names for your conflict check, and books the attorney. It never gives legal advice.

The 11pm call from the ER becomes a consultation on your calendar.

  • Respond

    After hours intake callback

Calls back every web inquiry and every after hours voicemail in under 60 seconds. Gathers the same facts and books the consultation.

You reach the person before they call the next firm.

  • Revive

    Unsigned lead follow up

Follows up every lead who asked to hear back but hasn't signed, by call and text, on a schedule you set.

Leads you already paid for stop going quiet.

  • Report

    Weekly intake report

Reads every intake call and sends a weekly report on case types, lead sources and why leads didn't sign.

You see which sources bring cases worth taking.

How they work together

Fair questions

What owners worry about.

Is this legal advice?

No. The agent says up front it can't give legal advice. It gathers the facts and the names for your conflict check, and books your attorney.

What if it says the wrong thing to a client?

It follows a script your attorney signs off on. For anything outside it, it says an attorney will follow up, and it flags the call to you.

I already have a receptionist.

She still answers first. Dael covers nights, weekends and the moments she is on another line.

What about conflicts of interest?

The agent collects the other parties' names on every intake call, so your team can run the conflict check before the consultation. Your attorney makes the final call before anything is accepted.
