A recovered job is a booked appointment from a call or lead your team did not handle, confirmed in your calendar. Spam, wrong numbers and calls about existing jobs don't count.

What counts as a minute?
Talk time on the calls Dael handles, inbound and outbound. Front Desk includes up to 1,000 minutes a month. Custom plans are sized to your call volume.
What if I go over?
Extra minutes are $0.25 each. Most shops never reach the cap.
Why is there no setup fee?
Setup normally runs $1,500 and pays for the build and the weekly tuning. For our first 10 HVAC and plumbing shops we waive it, because we would rather earn the monthly fee with booked jobs. The guarantee still has real money behind it: if we miss, your first two months come back.
Can I cancel?
There's a 2 month minimum, which is the guarantee window. After that it's month to month. You never sign a 12 month contract.
