Example call answered by Dael. Buyer · 3 bed on Oak St. Dael: Oakline Realty, this is the AI assistant. This call is recorded. How can I help? Caller: Hi, I saw the price drop on the Oak Street house. Is it still available? Dael: It is still available. I can book a showing for you. Would Sunday at 11 work? Showing booked · Sun 11:00 AM.

Before Dael

Saturday, 11:20am

You're mid open house with twelve people walking through. Your phone buzzes four times. Two are new Zillow leads. One is a seller asking about a valuation.

You call back Sunday night. One buyer already toured with another agent. One doesn't pick up. The seller went with someone else. And hundreds of old contacts sit in your CRM, with nobody calling them.

Dael turns every lead you already have, and every lead you pay for, into a booked showing or a booked listing appointment.

Your front desk team

Four agents. One team.

Each agent does one job well, and they hand work to each other. You approve every script before it goes live.

  • Answer

    Receptionist

Answers every call on your listings, 24/7. Knows price, beds, HOA and open house times, and books the showing. If it doesn't know something, it tells the caller you'll confirm, then texts you the question.

You never lose a buyer to voicemail during an open house.

  • Respond

    Lead callback rep

Calls every Zillow, Realtor.com, Meta and website lead in under 60 seconds. Asks timeline, lender approval, area and budget, then books the showing.

You're the first agent they talk to, which often decides who they work with.

  • Revive

    CRM revival agent

Works the contacts on your old list who agreed to hear from you, over 14 days by call, text and email. Hands you only the people who reply.

Old leads turn into this month's showings and listing appointments.

  • Report

    Call analyst

Reads every call, marks each lead hot, warm or dead, and sends a report every Monday with top objections and best lead sources.

You know exactly who to call first on Monday morning.

How they work together

Fair questions

What owners worry about.

Will buyers know it's AI?

Yes. It says so on every call. It still sounds natural, answers listing questions instantly and books the showing. A buyer calling at 9pm mostly wants someone to pick up.

What if it says something wrong about a listing?

It only answers from the listing details you give it. For anything else, it tells the caller you'll confirm, then texts you the question.

I already have an ISA or an assistant.

Keep them. Dael takes the 9pm calls, the Saturday calls and the old contact list. Your assistant works the hot leads Dael hands over.

Will I lose control of what it says?

No. You sign off the script before anything goes live and change it any time. Whatever it can't answer becomes a text to you.
